Introduce your child to non-contact rugby. Rugby is physically challenging and a ton of fun. Kids will learn to pass, catch, run and kick the ball. They will learn positioning and the importance of teamwork, persistence, and being a good sport. Kids will gain confidence on and off the field as they play hard and have fun.
